Tragically, Karen Star has an incurable heart condition. And she doesn't want to suffer a painful, lingering death. So she seeks out a practitioner who specializes in such terminal cases. After a painful consultation, he insists on making his own examination and diagnosis. But, after the stethoscope and laser device have given their results, he confirms what she already knew. She faces it bravely, and asks him to proceed with his treatment. Soon she's on the table with the needle going into her arm. But her body doesn't give up without a fight. She shudders from the first reaction, then ultimately spasms on the chair and onto the floor, jerking away her last breaths. It's so sad. Ultimately, the good doctor picks her up and takes her into his morgue to conduct a final autopsy. It's very emotional.
